I had a baby and tore pretty good just wondering when u can start using soap to wash down there and when can i at least shave my bikini line?How long after u get an episiotomy can u wash with soap and shave?
Soak daily to keep moist to promote proper healing. Did they send you home with a stiz bath? Read up about it online if they did not. You can shave whenever you want, I dont suggest that area exactly just yet though, you are already shaved arent you? They did me anyhow.
