There is a veggie wash that is usually sold in the produce departmant. I have seen 2 different types. Ask someone in the produce department the next time you go.Is there any detergent or soap to wash the vegetables and fruits?Does anyone uses soap to wash fruits?
Fruit %26amp; Vegetable Wash Recipe

Easy! Just add a few tablespoons of vinegar to a bottle of clean, cold tap water. Shake well and spray on veggies and then wash under flowing clean water as usual. Helps to clean those fruits and veggies better than ever - and it's a lot less expensive than those commercial produce washes.
No, I just use running water to wash.
NEVER.WASH VEGGIES WITH SOAP!!!
If you know someone who is a Melaluca distributor they market a solution that you add to water to soak/rinse your fruits and veggies in that's supposed to remove more of the dirt and oil/wax that some farms use to give their produce a shinier appearance.
